The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Ethiopia is offering the ‘Reading for Ethiopia’s Achievement Developed (READ)’ Cooperative Agreement. This five-year grant supports the Ethiopian Ministry of Education’s efforts to create a nationwide reading and writing program for primary students. The project provides technical expertise in international best practices for teaching reading and writing.
