Researchers working at the Federally Funded Research and Development Centers and Government Laboratories will not be considered for the YIP competition. The principal investigator must be a U.S. citizen, national, or permanent resident who has received a Ph.D. or equivalent degrees in the last five years as indicated in the BAA. |
