The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Utah is offering this grant, supported by the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), to expand youth conservation opportunities across public lands within Utah. This initiative aims to engage young individuals in meaningful conservation projects, fostering a new generation of environmental stewards. Funds are intended to support hands-on experiences, skill development, and educational programs that contribute directly to the preservation and restoration of Utah’s valuable public lands. This grant is specifically for organizations and programs dedicated to empowering youth through direct participation in conservation efforts, promoting environmental literacy, and developing pathways for future careers in natural resource management.
