CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, Prevention Intervention Programs Targeting Youth and Most-at-Risk Populations (MARPs) in the Republic of Rwanda under the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief. Approximately $2,500,000 will be available to fund approximately two awards. The purpose of the program is to implement a range of behavioral and biomedical prevention interventions that address the sources of new HIV infections at the scale and quality necessary to reduce incidence.
