The Yuma Area Office periodically makes funding available for conducting activities for Threatened and Endangered species and their habitat, under the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, Section 7.(a)(1) of the Endangered Species Act. It is anticipated that two awards of a grant or cooperative agreement will be made to a responsible, responsive and eligible recipient and will be based on technical merit at the fixed assistance amount.
