| Description: | Purpose. This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) announces a competition for new cooperative agreement applications and cooperative agreement renewal applications from established clinical investigators to participate in the National Drug Abuse Treatment Clinical Trials Network (CTN). As a nation-wide partnership for translational research among addiction treatment providers, researchers, and NIDA staff, the CTNs mission is to test and validate effective and efficient treatments that can be adopted by addiction treatment providers throughout the Nation, using science as the vehicle.
