| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Eligible entities: A research institute that is public, private, or nonprofit; an accredited college or university; or a public health organization or program that meets the technical requirements outlined in this RFA.In addition, applicants must meet the following requirements: (1) have experience in: (i) designing, implementing, and coordinating a competitive RFP process, (ii) conducting high-quality evaluations related to implementing technological innovation in public health, (iii) providing high-quality technical assistance to WIC and/or other public health agencies and key stakeholders; (2) knowledge of or capacity to quickly learn about the WIC Program and WIC EBT transactions (from both a policy and technical standpoint); and (3) experience working with WIC State agencies and using or applying the WIC EBT Operating Rules and Technical Implementation Guide. |
