This grant is for advancing the goals of the National Road Map for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) by supporting state and local contributions. Funds address priority needs in the coordination, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of extension IPM programs. The EIPM-CS program aims to help agricultural producers and other pest managers adopt alternative pest management practices through comprehensive training, demonstration, and evaluation of methods. All efforts contribute to achieving national IPM goals via the Cooperative Extension Services, strengthening NIFA and its partners’ ability to address evolving IPM needs.
