The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) is offering this grant to fund two distinct workshop series for youth leaders. This grant is for the purpose of empowering selected students from ECA-funded high school exchange programs in English language teaching and promoting civil society via social media. These workshops, designed for three consecutive student groups, will run annually from February to April, 2013-2015. Applicants may submit a single proposal covering both series or just one. Multiple submissions from the same applicant will render all entries ineligible for consideration.
