The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) is offering this grant to strengthen community safety and support individuals returning from incarceration. These intermediary organizations will provide subawards, oversight, and comprehensive training and technical assistance (TTA) services to help build capability, capacity, and sustainability among CBO subawardees to meet the needs of people returning home from incarceration and to apply for and manage private and public grant funding in the future. |
