The Administration on Aging (AoA) is offering this grant to strengthen the national Aging Network’s ability to provide high-quality long-term supports and services to older Americans and their caregivers. This grant is for the purpose of putting a process in place to better understand the activities, innovations, and best practices of Older Americans Act (OAA) Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs) and Tribal Organizations. The successful applicant will assess the Network’s current and future capacity to meet the growing needs of the older population. By capturing progress in key health and long-term care programmatic areas, this initiative will lay the foundation for future targeted training and technical assistance, ultimately enhancing program design and service delivery across the Aging Network. This will assist the AoA in understanding the Network’s effectiveness in systems change.
