This AHRQ grant is for funding up to five projects aimed at enhancing the nonsurgical treatment of urinary incontinence in women within primary care settings. It seeks to implement and test practical strategies derived from prior AHRQ primary care improvement initiatives, ensuring the effective dissemination of patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) evidence. A key objective is to integrate these primary care efforts with specialty care. Projects may leverage community-based resources and should consider multilevel implementation strategies to align improvements across primary care practices and broader healthcare systems, ultimately enhancing women’s health outcomes.
