Additional Information on Eligibility:: | Eligible applicants are Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) (including Moving to Work (MTW) PHAs), and Indian tribes/Tribally Designated Housing Entities (TDHEs) currently administering a PH FSS program that have served at least the minimum number of families required by this NOFA (as described in Section III.A.1. of the PH FSS NOFA), have met the threshold requirements as outlined in Section III.C.3 of this NOFA, and have met the timely receipt requirements as outlined in Section IV.C. of this NOFA. Non-profit organizations and resident associations are not eligible to apply for funding under this NOFA. Individuals are NOT eligible to apply for funding under this NOFA. |
