It has a track record of having successfully implemented international technical assistance projects in China; unique skills, outreach and the organizational structure to ensure participation by government officials from both China and the United States; demonstrated capacity to meet project management reporting and performance requirements; and has established operations with Chinese government approval and can begin implementation of the project immediately. Finally, NCIEC has a bilingual staff with direct knowledge and experience in work safety and health and in international assistance projects. |
