The Food for Peace (FFP) department is offering this grant to support multi-year development food aid programs specifically in Zimbabwe. This grant is for the purpose of enhancing food security, a core policy under the United States’ Food for Peace Act. The Title II program aims to reduce risks and vulnerabilities to food insecurity and increase food availability, access, and utilization/consumption among food-insecure individuals, households, and communities. This initiative targets the most vulnerable populations directly, fostering sustainable improvements in their food security. While focused on long-term development, assistance from this RFA may also address emergency or exceptional circumstances as needed.
