The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR) is offering this R01 grant to fund biobehavioral research in palliative and end-of-life care for children, infants, and neonates. | Description: | Purpose. This FOA will utilize the R01 award mechanism and runs in parallel with a FOA of identical scientific scope, RFA-NR-10-007, that encourage applications under the R21 mechanism. Funds Available and Anticipated Number of Awards. A total of $1.25M has been committed to this FOA for FY 2010. It is anticipated that 2-3 R01 awards will be funded. |
