| Description: | NIJ seeks qualified applicants to establish an Information and Geospatial Technologies Center of Excellence (the Center) within the NLECTC System to support the NIJ research, development, testing, and evaluation (RDT&E) process in its specific technology areas. The Center will be established through a cooperative agreement. How to Apply: Applications will be submitted through OJPs Grants Management System (GMS). GMS is a Web-based, data-driven computer application that provides cradle to grave support for the application, award and management of grants at OJP.
