| Additional Information on Eligibility: | <p>Eligible applicants include consortia of Indian tribes; incorporated non-Federally recognized tribes; urban Indian centers; Alaska Native villages, as defined in the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act and/or non-profit village consortia; tribally controlled community colleges; tribally controlled post-secondary vocational institutions; and non-profit Alaska Native community entities or tribal governing bodies (Indian Reorganization Act or traditional councils) as recognized by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. </p> <p>Non-profit organizations representing American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and other Native American Pacific Islanders, including American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands are eligible applicants under this announcement.</p> Faith-based and community organuizations are eligible to apply under this announcement.
