| Description:: | The Aquatic Invasive Species Program intends to award funding for its 2013 State/Interstate Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) Management Plan program in accordance with Section 1204 of the Nonindigenous Aquatic Prevention and Control Act. The Act directs the Service to provide cost-share grants for the implementation of State and Interstate ANS Management Plans (ANS Plans) that have been approved by the ANS Task Force.
