This grant is for the purpose of supporting the Foreign Language Assistance Program (FLAP), offering 5-year grants to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs). These LEAs must work in partnership with Institutions of Higher Education (IHEs) to establish, improve, or expand innovative foreign language study for elementary and secondary school students.
