Additional Information on Eligibility: | All recipients and subrecipients (including any for-profit organization) must forgo any profit or management fee.
Nonprofit organizations that hold money in offshore accounts for the purpose of avoiding paying the tax described in 26 U.S.C. § 511(a) are not eligible to apply. To advance Executive Order 13929 Safe Policing for Safe Communities, as of October 28, 2020, the Attorney General determined that all state, local, and university or college law enforcement agencies must be certified by an approved independent credentialing body or have started the certification process to be allocated FY 2021 DOJ discretionary grant funding, as either a recipient or a subrecipient. The OJJDP FY 2021 Children’s Advocacy Centers National Subgrants Program provides support to CACs through a variety of subgrant assistance designed to enhance effective interventions in child abuse cases. CACs provide a coordinated response to child abuse victims through multidisciplinary teams composed of representatives from the statutorily mandated and other agencies involved in the intervention, prevention, prosecution, and investigation systems that respond to child abuse cases. The three categories of funding available under this solicitation are as follows: Category 1: National Subgrants Program Category 2: National Subgrants Program for Victims of Child Pornography Category 3: National Military Partnership Program |
