USAID/West Africa, through its Regional Health Office, is offering the AGIR-PF grant to significantly increase access to and utilization of quality family planning (FP) services. This grant is specifically designed for select urban and peri-urban areas within four francophone West African countries: Burkina Faso, Mauritania, Niger, and Togo. The primary purpose of this initiative is multifaceted, aiming to strengthen and expand the delivery of essential FP information, products, and services. Furthermore, it will focus on adapting and implementing evidence-based service delivery approaches to ensure effectiveness. A crucial component also includes coordinating efforts to dismantle existing policy barriers and enhance the security of contraceptive commodities, ultimately improving overall family planning outcomes in the region.
