? 1. May an Implementing Partner submit a seasonal work plan? In the event that the area designated in the RFP might require seasonal relocation, please provide a proposed work plan and methodology to accommodate this seasonal shift. Priority is to complete as many of the hazards within the project RFP as possible prior to seasonal relocation. Please reference the following instructions regarding Contingency Hazards:

The attached Hazard List is approved by MACCA/MAPA for Implementing Partners who intend to bid on one or more of the seven (7) Competitive PM/WRA Projects for FY13 to assist with the selection of suitable winter locations.
Note:
1. The contingency/winter hazard list is to be used if relocation of teams is necessary due to changes in climatic conditions within the project area.
2. Selected hazards may at any time during the period of performance (POP) be changed with direct consultation with MACCA and PM/WRA.
2. 2. Why does the estimated budget reflect a range of costs? The estimated budget was designed to reflect a realistic estimate of costs associated with completion of the project. Your proposal is not required to fit within this range.
3. 3. How do I complete boxes 14 and 14 in the SF-424? SF-424
a. For 14: Areas Affected by the Project (Cities Counties, States, Etc.) Please upload a one-page document explaining the areas in which the project will serve.
b. For 15: Descriptive Title of Applicant?s Project: Write the name of the Project. No documents need to be uploaded.
