The NIH is offering the Launching Future Leaders in Global Health (LAUNCH) Research Training Program grant for global health research training. Mentored opportunities are provided for pre- and post-doctoral students from the U.S. and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) at LMIC institutions. Training aligns with LMIC and NIH priorities, fostering independent global health careers. The program also enhances participation from underrepresented backgrounds, strengthens global health programs at U.S. institutions (including MSIs), and sustains LMIC research capacity.
