Eligible Applicants: Others (see text field entitled “Additional Information on Eligibility” for clarification)
Additional Information on Eligibility: Eligible applicants are only current NFJP grantees which have achieved at least 100 percent of their PY 2019 targets (as aggregated across multiple state service areas, if applicable) for three key Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) performance indicators: employment in the second quarter after exit, employment in the fourth quarter after exit, and median earnings.

The funds must be used to carry out career services, training services, housing assistance services, youth services, and related assistance services to eligible migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their dependents as defined by 20 CFR 685.
