The purpose of this solicitation is to study law enforcement use of probabilistic genotyping, forensic DNA phenotyping, and forensic investigative genetic genealogy technologies and law enforcement use of person-based predictive policing approaches as outlined in Executive Order 14074 Section 13(d). Statutory Authority: Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 (sections 201 and 202); the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (sections 231 – 233, 235); and 28 U.S.C. ยง 530C. |
