The Service proposes to provide financial assistance in helping maintain progress on ongoing efforts to conserve a list of priority species (Focal Species) as designated by the Services Migratory Bird Program. Period of performance is from date of the award to December 31, 2015. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505DM2, paragraph 2.14 (B) (2) is solely within the discretion of the Fish and Wildlife Service.
