USAID India would like to invite all interested parties to attend the Pre-Application Conference to interact with key USAID staff related to submitting a concept paper under the India-Africa Agriculture Innovation Bridge Annual Program Statement (APS-386-13-000001). This is a unique opportunity to seek clarification and ask questions about the India-Africa Agriculture Innovation Bridge Program, a funding opportunity seeking concept papers from interested Indian entities to share agricultural innovations with African countries. The conference will take place in New Delhi (venue TBD) on February 22, 2013 from 10 AM-12 Noon.
