| Description: | USFWS Anadromous Fish Restoration Program intends to award River Mine, LLC a single source award to restore anadromous fish habitat in accordance with Section 3406(b)(1) of the Central Valley Project Improvement Act (CVPIA). The award is intended to facilitate restoration of functional floodplain and side channel habitat and to provide clean gravel of suitable sizes for anadromous salmonid spawning for use in the Stanislaus River. The funding amount will be used for Phase I of the project, which includes: project planning, outreach, engineering design, and environmental permitting.
