The Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) and the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC) are offering this FY 2013 grant program to establish Enhanced Collaborative Model Task Force sites. This grant is for a comprehensive approach to combating all forms of human trafficking, including sex and labor trafficking affecting both foreign nationals and U.S. citizens, adults, and minors. Cooperative agreements of up to $500,000 are available, with two awards per selected site. BJA will support law enforcement agencies to coordinate task force activities in collaboration with U.S. Attorney’s Offices and victim service providers. OVC will fund victim service organizations to coordinate comprehensive, culturally and linguistically appropriate services for all identified trafficking victims within the task force’s geographic area.
