The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the DRC Rural and Peri Urban Market Based Sanitation (MBS) Activity in which USAID anticipates two Transition Awards up to $25M each ($50 million combined) in USAID funding over a five (5) year period.
