Title:

Single Source
Justification
Criteria Sited: Continuation

This is a continuation of a project initiated in 2008 in which the partnership between UAS and NPS has been highly successful. Existing funds are in place for further employment by a spatial analyst at UAS from funds in a grant awarded to the UAS and the NPS. Initiation by any other entity would require significant delays in terms of understanding and developing logistical protocols and data analysis, and would have significant impacts on the effectiveness and efficiency for implementation of this ongoing project.
