| Additional Information on Eligibility: | This program is open the the 51 State Agencies that administer SNAP (50 States and the District of Columbia). State Agencies may apply on behalf of county administered SNAP agencies that wish to operate a pilot. If a county-administered SNAP agency applies for a grant, the grant application must display the potential for statewide implementation and contain a letter of support from the appropriate State agency. |
