| Description: | The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) is soliciting proposals from organizations, groups, or individuals to enter into a cooperative agreement with NIC for up to 12 months beginning March 2013. Through this cooperative agreement, funds will be made available for the production of a minimum of five live satellite/Internet broadcasts. NIC will accept proposals for the creative use of 15 broadcast hours, using either NICs traditional 3-hour long-form talk show broadcast format or other suggested formats for this work.
