Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in developing a management plan. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. 5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval. |
