The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, invites proposals from eligible organizations for a cooperative agreement. This grant aims to establish a dedicated digital platform, either a stand-alone website or a YouTube channel, to gather and share personal narratives about Afghanistan’s positive transformation. The platform will enable individuals from within Afghanistan and worldwide to upload brief, self-recorded videos. These videos should highlight how individuals are contributing to the country’s improvement, detail new opportunities that have emerged, and offer messages of hope for Afghanistan’s future. The selected recipient will be responsible for both facilitating user uploads and contributing an initial collection of videos to launch the initiative.
