The Edmund S. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program offers fellowships for outstanding citizens from Eurasia, including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. This grant is for Master’s level study in the United States, covering fields such as business administration, economics, law, public administration, and public policy for all eligible countries. Additionally, candidates from countries other than Russia and Ukraine can pursue studies in education, environmental management, international affairs, library and information science, journalism/mass communications, and public health. Fellows will enroll in one to two-year graduate degree, certificate, or non-degree programs, with a goal to support a minimum of 140 fellows.
