| Additional Information on Eligibility:: | Eligibility is open to organizations or companies run by Afghan individuals who have participated in a U.S. Government funded program, including but not limited to the International Visitor Leadership Program, the Hubert H. Humphrey fellowship, or the Fulbright Program. Proof of participation in a U.S. Government funded program which qualifies the individual as an alumnus or alumna is required. Alumni who submit proposals must already have an established organization or business, and a proven track record of success in implementing projects in Afghanistan. Afghan organizations must demonstrate current country registration license, competent programmatic ability and be able to meet reporting requirements. Please note: only applications from Afghan alumnus/alumna (of U.S. government programs) will be accepted. Applications from non-Afghan alumnus/alumna (of U.S. Government programs) will not be considered for funding. |
