| Eligible Applicants: | Small businesses Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education Public and State controlled institutions of higher education For profit organizations other than small businesses Private institutions of higher education |
| Additional Information on Eligibility: | OJJDP invites applications from non-profit organizations (including faith-based, community, and tribal organizations), for-profit organizations, and institutions of higher learning (including tribal institutions of higher education) with demonstrated expertise in assisting communities develop, maintain, and enhance family drug courts. For-profit organizations must agree to waive any profit or fee for services.
OJJDP welcomes joint applications from two or more eligible applicants; however, one applicant must be clearly indicated as the primary applicant (for correspondence, award, and management purposes) and the others indicated as co-applicants. The applicant should provide information that demonstrates the strength of the commitment of their partnering organizations, as set forth in MOUs, letters of support, statements of work, etc. |
