The intended recipient of the sole source cooperative agreement will be: Alexius International, 2020 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington D.C 20006.

Authority: DOL Manual Series (DLMS) 2-836 (G) (2) (d): The activity to be funded is essential to the satisfactory completion of an activity presently funded by DOL, wherein competition would result in significant or real: (b) expenses in excess of any potential savings to the Governement; (d) duplication of work at an additional cost to the Government; and (e) delay in the time of program completion.
