The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) is offering a competitive cooperative agreement grant, providing up to $350,000, to enhance WIC breastfeeding support. This grant is for the critical purpose of updating two established FNS breastfeeding peer counseling training curricula: ‘Using Loving Support to Manage Peer Counseling Programs’ for managers, and ‘Loving Support Through Peer Counselor’ for peer counselors. The selected applicant will also be responsible for coordinating and conducting comprehensive ‘train-the-trainer’ sessions.
