Additional Information on Eligibility: | ORR intends to award grants to a) those agencies of state governments that are responsible for the refugee program and b) agencies that have responsibility for an alternative to the state-administered program, as either a Wilson/Fish grantee, or a replacement designee. State and Wilson/Fish agencies shall submit a single application for the targeted discretionary program. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement. |

Awards will be based upon the outcome of the review process and the availability of funds. |
