The activity will promote inclusivity and accessibility across a variety of sectors through providing methodology and expertise on inclusive services and facilities for individuals with special needs, including people with disabilities, elderly people, pregnant women, young parents, and others. In accordance with Turkmenistan’s National Action Plan for Gender Equality for 2021-2025, this activity will increase the capacity of civil servants, civil society and private sector to better understand and implement gender sensitive knowledge, attitudes, policies and practices with the aim to improving women’s economic opportunities, including participation in political and public spheres, and decreasing gender-based violence. |
