Description: PRM’s priority for Colombian refugees and IDPs is focused on saving lives, alleviate suffering, and providing life sustaining goods and services at internationally accepted standards. For refugees, we are looking to fund proposals that fill critical gaps in humanitarian assistance and local integration support for particularly vulnerable asylum seekers and refugees, including women, Afro-Colombians, and indigenous populations in Ecuador, Panama and Venezuela. For IDPs, we are looking to fund proposals that present comprehensive programs addressing immediate and emergency humanitarian assistance; capacity building and institution strengthening at the local and national level; and the provision of protection mechanisms, such as improving protection for IDPs through access to IDP registration and assistance, focusing in Antioquia, Arauca, Caqueta, Cauca, Choco, Cordoba, Narino, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, and Valle del Cauca.
