| Additional Information on Eligibility: | The agency that the chief executive (i.e., the governor) of each state designates is eligible to apply for these funds. OJJDP also welcomes joint applications from states and units of local government; however, one applicant must be clearly indicated as the primary applicant (for correspondence, award, and management purposes) and the others indicated as coapplicants.
OJJDP may elect to make awards for applications submitted under this solicitation in future fiscal years, dependent on the merit of the applications and on the availability of appropriations. |
