Applications may only be submitted by a lead and/or faculty member at an Historically Black College or University (HBCU).Grant recipients may subcontract to organizations not eligible to apply for the purpose of supporting the overall coordination and administration of the HBCU Agriculture Business Innovation Center. Failure to meet the eligibility criteria by the application deadline may result in exclusion from consideration or, preclude NIFA from making an award.
