Description: The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a Notice of Intent (R13AS20019) for a grant agreement to The Klamath Tribe for the following program: Monitor Lake Limnology, Quantify/Monitor Tributary Nutrient Loading, Research Fish Facility Support, Sprague River Water Quality Lab (SRWQL) Nutrient Analysis and USGS Upper Klamath Lake (UKL) Sample Analysis. The purpose of requirement is to continue a cooperative monitoring program on Upper Klamath Lake and its tributaries and maintain hatchery fish. Monitoring programs include continued standardized measurements of water quality, nutrients, zooplankton and phytoplankton communities and nutrient loading into Upper Klamath Lake. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement, R13AS20019 for additional information.

A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
