Proposals accepted by e-mail.

Several potential applicants have contacted the Public Affairs Section, U.S. Embassy Islamabad, to report difficulties and delays in obtaining a DUNS number or in registering in SAM.

Exceptionally, for this RFGP only, PAS Islamabad will accept proposals submitted by e-mail as well as those submitted through www.grants.gov. Proposals submitted by e-mail must be clearly identified by Opportunity Number, and they must meet all the technical requirements and include all the same forms detailed in the RFGP announcement. Proposals that do not conform to the requirements detailed in the RFGP will not be considered.

Applicants are urged to continue the process of applying for a DUNS number and registering in SAM. No grant can be awarded until this process is complete.
