The BLM AK CESU department is offering this grant to ensure the continued operation of the Alaska Resources Library and Information Services (ARLIS) program. This grant is for the purpose of sustaining ARLIS’s vital role within the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units (CESU) National Network. The CESU Network is a consortium of federal agencies and partners (tribes, universities, state agencies, etc.) with scientific research and land management expertise. A primary objective, per the Pacific Northwest CESU agreement, is fostering strong collaborations among federal agencies and universities with their partners.
