The Office on Violence Against Women (OVW) is offering the Children and Youth (CY) Program grant, designed to foster comprehensive, community-based initiatives. This grant aims to develop or expand vital prevention, intervention, treatment, and response strategies specifically addressing the needs of children and youth. It targets those impacted by domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sex trafficking. The program seeks to empower communities to build robust support systems, ensuring young individuals affected by violence receive the necessary care and protection. Applicants focusing on engaging men and boys should apply separately to the EM program, as only one award is granted per entity.
